Power Bi License For integration with F & O Application
Hi Team,
I want to develop custom Power BI reports to be developed and integrated in F & O applications (Power Platform) below are my queries for the requirements
- What type of licensing will i require to acheive the above requirement
- What is the best approach to share such reports with users of F & O application
- Is there any additional licensing requirement if we want to edit or modify the existing reports in F & O application

Power BI embedded analytics offers two solutions, one of them is Embed for your organization.
Based on this solution, you can use Azure AD's authentication method to get reports.
Then you need a workspace, a workspace with Premium capacity, and the users in your organization don't need other licenses, just free accounts. But please note that you need a P or EM capacity.If you want the user have access to edit or modify the report, you need assign this user as the role of the workspace where the report is located. When you develop a report, add the edit function to the embedded report. So that the user can edit the report. No more licenses is required.
