Power BI template apps (preview) and the data gateway

Are there any plans for Power BI template apps support the data gateway? Is there a known timeframe of when Power BI template apps (preview) will go RTM?

    Is there anything proceeding regarding this topic?
    We also would need to deliver PowerBI Apps that are capable of using Data-Gateways.
