The "Description" value in the item.metadata.json file is always missing when I save a Power BI report as a Power BI project (.pbip) file.
Documentation says there is a description field in the json file. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/projects/projects-dataset#itemmetadatajson
In the service there is a description field.
This means that whenever I change and publish a report to the service the description is always missing. The description is important as this is displayed in the UI in our embedded scenario and I have to manually add the description back in for every workspace the report dataset exists so customers can see it again.
Is this a known bug or am I missing a step?
Thanks,
Christian
