Power BI embedded in Dynamics 365

Hello everyone, 

I need your advice : 

My client want to build a global dashboard on dynamics with some tile : KPIs, informations related to the company etc. 

So is it possible to custom a dashboard on Dynamics with a Power BI tile (just 3/4 KPIs displayed on it and when you click on it you go on the global POwer BI dashboard) and display it for Power BI free users ? 

The Power BI tile should display the KPIs dedicated to the person who display it : for example, I log in dynamics, I display the dashboard and I can see my own KPIs (individual sales and global sales) on the dashboard 

I plan to advice my client to buy 20 Pro/Premium licences for the creator of the reports and the rest of the company will be free users.

So the free users will be able to see the tile and dashboard inside Dynamics ?
