Hi @Anonymous,
We sincerely appreciate your inquiry on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
In addition to the response provided by @lbendlin and @uzuntasgokberk , please follow the workaround process outlined below, which may help resolve the issue:
Copy Visualizations as Images. In Power BI (app.powerbi.com), open your report. For each visualization, click on the ellipsis and export the image to download it as a PNG file. Alternatively, you may take a screenshot of the visualization and save it as an image.
Navigate to your SharePoint site and upload the PNG files to a document library. To display them on a page, edit the SharePoint page, add an Image Web Part or File Viewer Web Part, and select the uploaded images.
Configure the necessary permissions on the SharePoint page to ensure access for your organization. Since the images are static, they can be viewed without requiring Power BI authentication.
Please note that embedding interactive reports in SharePoint requires a Power BI Pro or Premium license. This workaround uses static images to bypass that requirement. However, since the images are non-interactive, you will need to re-upload them whenever the data is updated.
If you find our response helpful, kindly mark it as the accepted solution and provide kudos. This will assist other community members facing similar queries.
Thank you.
Hello @Anonymous ,
Thanks for the comment @lbendlin. As @lbendlin mentioned you can embeded like that. However, with using embeded you need at least:
Note
(https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-embed-secure)
You need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license to create a report in a workspace.
To share with Microsoft free users, the workspace needs to be in a Premium capacity.
