I am working with a client and their data lineage looks the following:
I am trying to replicate the same kind of lineage on my own tenant but when I upload and Excel file it becomes a data set. Thus, how can I upload Excel file and just have it appear on its own? Second, how can I create a dataset from multiple Excel files?

You can follow the steps below to get the lineage view:
1. Navigate to the related workspace
2. Click on the tree icon in the upper right corner of the page that appears.
For your second question, you can create a dataset from multiple Excel files in Power BI following the steps below:
Open Power BI Desktop.
