Power BI YTD WTD PTD as Row headers and Sales, Traffic as Column Headers

Hi 

How do I achive below format of a visual in Power BI? Matrix visual with "switch Values to Row" is not as expected. 

Dim Date : Date, Year, Month

Fact Sales : Sales, YTD %, WTD %, PTD % are Dax meanusure comparing to Last year. All % Dax are using Calculate as period is 5-4-4.

Expected Format in Power BI Visual

	Sales	Sales Vs Forecast	Traffic
Day	0.2%	0.1%	2.1%
WTD	1.1%	0.2%	2.3%
PTD	2.1%	0.3%	2.4%
YTD	4.5%	0.4%	2.5%
