[Power BI Visual] Persist custom property in bookmark

Hi,

 

I am curious if there is a way to persists properties in bookmarks. What we want to achieve is saving the state of custom fields inside of our custom visual. Currently we do this by using the persistProperties function but is there a way to combine this with bookmarks?
