Power BI Service Gateway Creation

Hello,

I am trying to create the on premise gateway in my account as I want to refresh the dataset from on premise sql server connectivity. but I am not able to proceed as while creating the new gateway, gateway clustername stays always blank after entering into it. and It is required textbox. Please suggest here.

    Could you please share more details and screenshots of the issueafter removing sensitive data?

    Besides, here are some general solutions:

    1. Ensure that you have the latest version of the on-premise gateway software installed on your machine.

    2. Check that you have the necessary permissions to create a gateway in your account.

    3. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and then attempt to create the gateway again.
