Power BI Scanner API didn't get 'disable load' tables
Hello Community,
I installed the Scanner API from Tommy Puglio like in this video.
Unfortunately the Scanner API (JSON File) doesn´t show tables when the load in Power Query is disabled. My Power BI Modell has 3 areas for tables. Staging, Transforming and Reporting. Only the Reporting tables are loaded. Staging and Transforming are disabled. But I need the source.expression from the Staging tables. Do you have a solution for this use case?

Hi Anonymous ,
thanks for your reply. I've read the article about the limitations but I couldn't find a answer to my question. There is nothing to read about tables that are disabled.
I still hope there is a way or another Rest API which can GET all Tables from a dataset independently of whether 'Enable Load' for tables is activated or disabled.
Best regards
Marcus

I have the same issue, did you find a solution to fetch the load disabled tables as well?

Hi Elias,
I did a workaround. When it was possible I connected the staging tables as direct query and hide them. Then I switched the referenced tables to import Mode.
When you have datasources that only works with import Mode you have to load both tables, staging and reporting and hide the staging tables.
Unfortunately I have No better way.
Best regards
