Power BI Reports to SharePoint Site for Third party view

How to share power bi Reports to the third party without them using Power BI licenses.

I have given access to the power bi workspace, sharepoint site and the embed power bi report at the site as well.

users are getting the error of"Opps something went wrong, contact admin"

What are the options to share outside the organization without making them to purchase any license.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @sanchar123,

You can try to use the following functions:

1. Publish to web

Generate a public link for your report contents that everyone who knows the link can be viewed. It not required user has power bi license but it contains a few limits and not include any security settings.

Publish to web from Power BI

2. Export report to PDF then share the exported file.

It will create a pdf file with the static graph of report contents. Share the generated pdf file not need any permissions, but these contents are static and not able to be interactions.

3. Power bi share content with premium capacity. (required power bi account)

Use premium capacity to share content then receivers not require a pro license.

4. Power bi embedded with premium.

It looks like the advanced version of 'publish to web', you can create content to share with security options and some advanced develop related operations.

You can also take a look at the following blog about ways to embed power bi contents: (publish to the web, rest API, power bi embedded)
