Power BI Report embedded in iframe stuck on login

Hi all,

 

two years ago i've embedded a Power BI Report in an iframe on a PHP project of a customer.
The link in the iframe looks like this:
https://app.powerbi.com/reportEmbed?reportId=8c66d897-1f73-4a66-ad64-651e1a363d25&autoAuth=true&filterPaneEnabled=false&navContentPaneEnabled=false

 

It was working for a while but not it stucks on login button.

The customer start from a Power BI Report, then navigate to another internal website with parameters on URL, based on Power BI selection.

In that website there is the iframe but the result is like this:

It's strange because the user is already logged in because they start from a Power BI Report. If i click "Sign-In" nothing happens.

The website is in HTTP and Power BI in HTTPS, could be this a problem?

 

Any help would be appriciated.

    Hi FrancescoSCP ,

    Thanks for reaching out to us with your problem. Base on your description, it seems that it always keeps asking to log in when try to view the report which embedded in PHP project. Which method you are using to embed the report? If you use this method, please check if hit any limitation.

    Considerations and limitations

    By the way, whether you can view the report successfully after select "Sign-In" and input the credentials info?

      Hi, thanks for your reply. 

      The user start it's navigatation already from a Power BI Report, so he is already logged in. 

      By the way if he press "sign in" nothing happens, also with a page refresh.

      If i check the HTML under the page and pick the URL in the iframe and open it on a new page, i can view succesfully the Power BI Report. It doesen't work only when embedded.

    Hello,

    have exactly the same issue. When i open an iFrame and login, it gets stuck on login. Refreshing the page does not help as well. Some time ago, did not have any issues, could there be any updates that affected powerBI embedded usage?
