Power BI Premium Per User - Can't schedule 15 mins increments

I have a live report displaying sales figures for my company. The data is obtained through a web link data source from NetSuite. I have a scheduled refresh set to every 30 mins throughout the day - 21 times. I was somehow allowed to do this many refreshes whilst only using a free trial. My boss wants the refreshes to be more frequent so we purchased the Premium Per User subscription with the assumption that we can do 15 min refreshes, however the option is not available.

I have created a new Premium Per User workspace specifically for this report and it still only gives me the 30 min increments. Is there anything else I am missing to acheive the more frequent refreshes?

First picture is the current schedule. Second is the new workspace report increments.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply from lbendlin  please allow me to provide another insight:

Hi, @Anonymous

Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:

1.As bendlin mentioned, to overcome refresh limitations, you can utilise certain tools, which will require your team to have a foundational understanding of code development.

A more effective approach would be to combine the Power BI REST API with Power Automate. You can also perform similar operations with XMLA. By using the Power BI REST API or XMLA endpoints, you can write scripts to trigger refresh operations more frequently and create new automated workflows with Power Automate.

During this process, you can add triggers, such as a "timer" trigger, setting it to activate every five minutes to execute the report refresh.

2.Additionally, you can leverage Azure Functions to refresh reports. These tools can be integrated to achieve high-frequency automatic refreshes.

As I mentioned earlier, this method of controlling refresh operations through code scripts requires users to have development experience. Therefore, if needed, you may collaborate with team members who are proficient in coding.

3.Of course, you might also consider storing your data in a database that supports DirectQuery connections, allowing you to use page refresh:

The schedule slots are limited to top of hour and bottom of hour, regardless of license.

You can use API based refresh requests for better granularity.  Make sure not to request a refresh while another one is in progress. Or else the 429 monster will hunt you down.
