It looks weird because the login page is missing the height option
This only happens when autoAuth=true
If I set the height:100% in the auto-auth tag it works!

It seems more related to web browser issues instead of the power bi service. What type and which version of web browser are you testing? The system version? Please share some more detailed information to help us clarify your scenarios: How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly
In addition, do any firewall rules and network policies apply to your device and correspond web browser settings? They may also affect the render pages and HTML script and elements.

and My local pc(firewall opened), my phone appears same

My local pc with the firewall open shows the same

Same thing happens on my My Galaxy S20 Phone, Samsung Browser and Chrome Browser
