Power BI - How to send email from a specific record from tabular visual

Hello All,

We have a requirement to send email notification from tabular visual in power BI. Below is our sample report:

In this report, we have 2 records where SalesAmt is 0. So we need to send separate email to mentioned email ids. It should be depend on user's interest whether he/she want to send email or not. If user select a record then send email option should come then an email can be send.

Let us know how to achieve this.
