Hello,
I have a single report published in service. I have multiple scenario's to export the different sheets.
Case 1: Autogenerate report for all sheets except the 2 pages ( This can be achieved in power automate by confirguring only required pages)
Case 2: User1 likes to generate 4 page report ( no option to select multiple sheets)
Case 3: User2 likes to generate 1 page report.
how can we configure this with single report ?

Hi @manojk_pbi ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
At present, Power BI does not give end users the flexibility to select multiple report pages of their choice while exporting to PowerPoint. The default option is either Current Page or All Pages. In your first case, as you mentioned, this can be handled through Power Automate by configuring only the required pages. For scenarios where User1 needs 4 pages and User2 needs only 1 page, you will need to either set up separate Power Automate flows for each requirement, or create thin reports connected to the same dataset with only the pages those users need. If you are using Premium/PPU, paginated reports would also be a good option, since they allow you to design the export layout more precisely. Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct way to achieve all three scenarios with a single report export in Service today.
Thank you,
Tejaswi.

Hi @v-tejrama , thanks for confirming. Let me explore the workaround like separate report or report builder.
