Hello
I have table chart with colod coding, delta change indicators etc, how can we export this table as in to excel. I don't see any options to export with all color coding. One i tried is exporting data to ppt which will truncate when more records not fitting to the page.
Please guide me best approach in this case, how we normally handle these kind of reports. Eg: reports like profit and Loss statement, Order details etc.

Hi @manojk_pbi ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
You can use Analyze in Excel, which lets you connect Excel pivot tables directly to your Power BI dataset. While this approach won’t automatically bring over Power BI’s conditional formatting, you can easily recreate the same rules using Excel’s built-in conditional formatting features.
Another option is to use Power BI paginated reports and creating visualizations with it,
and they can be exported to Excel with all formatting preserved.
I hope this information helps. Please do let us know if you have any further queries.
Thank you
Thanks for your suggestion. Let me check the option
@manojk_pbi There is no option for exporting to Excel from Power BI Desktop that preserves all visual formatting.
