Power BI Embedded: Power BI Embedded licence vs Power BI premium

Hello,

My company is interested in expand our Power BI World, we can embed ours Power BI Reports in our internal website, but i dont see exactly if we should use Power BI Embedded or Power BI premium for this.

The main point in my research is that we dont want our users to need to have a Power BI license.

The only thing i'm clear is we have to use the App Owns Data approach.

Can you help me?

In fact, the high-level prelim licenses also include power bi embedded features. If you assign these report content to premium capacity to share, users can be viewed these contents without a pro license.
