Power BI Embedded: Is it possible to create a new report in a different workspace?

Scenario:

- Power BI embedded web application using app-owns-data model

- The web app displays a report saved in Workspace A. Corresponding dataset is also in Workspace A

- I would like to give users the ability to create a new report  based on the same dataset, but when they click on Save As, the new report should be saved on Workspace B

So far, I can successfully create a new report and save it, but it always gets saved in Workspace A even though the token used for report creation uses the GUID of Workspace B. The config used to make the call to powerbi.createReport includes:

tokenType

accessToken

embedURL (with GUID for Workspace B)

datasetId

I added groupId to the config with the GUID of Workspace B but the new report is saved in Workspace A

What am I missing?
