Power BI Embedded - Free Embed Token Limit Exceeded

Embed Token Limit Expired

During our work on the Power BI embedded project, we have reached the limit of embed tokens resulting in the error "403, forbidden access".

My question is: Are these embed tokens allocated on a monthly basis, or is it a one-time allocation for each PBI tenant?

In fact, the official document has not talked about how many trial tokens that power bi allows. For the limitation ranges, you can check at the following link that mention the limitations:
