Power BI Embed Permissions Not Updating

Good Day,

  I created a Power BI Embed Application following the steps found here (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embed-sample-for-your-organization).

When I add a user to the powerbi workspace, the permissions does not update in the embed application and the user cannot see the reports.

If the user logins into the Power BI portal (apps.powerbi.com) the permissions are updated and the report shows in the embed application.

The same happens when I removes a user's permission from the Power BI workspace, the change is not automatically shown in the  embed application.
