Power BI Desktop projects Git integration

Colleagues, good afternoon! Need help. The essence of the question: I have a PBIX file, I convert it to PBIP. I'm only editing one measure, but in git I see a bunch of changes that I didn't make. For example. The relationship between tables has been removed and re-added

Or the character \r is added to the end of the lines

I don’t understand what this is connected with, except for the measurement formula, I didn’t change anything

that is indeed annoying.  If you commit these changes to git, and then do some other changes, does the "\r"  disappear again, or does it now "stick" ?

no, \r will remain

I have seen comments like "Microsoft changed the format of the .pbir and .pbip files and that required a full recommit" - maybe something similar happened in your case.   If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
