Power BI Desktop : Conditional formatting on cards visual for Emoji's.

In my report there is one column(Survey Rating) I need to show smiley faces (Icon) on bases of Survey rating. Colums included in this visualization are survey rating and type. For exmple : 

I have used below measure on cards to show the emoji's as per the rating.

Survey_Emoji = SWITCH(
TRUE(),
ISBLANK(table[survey rtaing]), "😶",
table[survey rtaing] >= 9, "🙂",
table[survey rtaing] >= 7, "😐",
table[survey rtaing] >= 0, "🙁",
"😶"
)

but user wants their icons instead of these emoji's like if survey rating >=9, smiley face icon shared by user should appear on card. how to use icon in card on conditions. for one survey_type one card is required.

HI @swatichouksey05,

I'd like to suggest you create a new table with icons and index, then you can change the Dax expression to lookup the new table value based on current rank.
You can change the table icons dynamically based on the records that user provided.

In addition, you can also try import these image data to power bi table instead of use image URL.

I can't use table as per client requirement. thye need in cards only.

Thanks for reply. I tried with HTML content visual and used .svg image sourcecode in measures. Then used measures in column conditions.
