Power BI Certification / Education

Three Questions:

1. How many hours per Month do you think should be allocated to continuing Education on Power BI/Dax/PowerPivot Reading Blog Posts on New capabilities, Announcements, videos on new features.

2. What Certifications do you recommend someone could get in order to become a Power BI expert. I have used Power BI for about 5 years now so creating dashboards, DAX, Power Query I know, but I am soon to be the Administrator to Power BI for my company and also need to learn how to best organize our companies Data to work with Power BI. Is there a Power BI Administrator/Data Architect Certification?

3. My company also wants me to join an organization or have a list of conferences or summits that focus on Power BI to stay up to date on the newest trends. Any recommendations?
