Hi,
I am looking to create an app using the Power BI App registration tool found here: https://dev.powerbi.com/apps This app is to be used for migrating .rdl reports from an on-premise SSRS solution to a Power BI Premium capacity. I look to create the app I always receive the following error "An unknown network error occurred. Please try again". This has occurred multiple days in a row now. I am registering the app via an Azure Active Directory account that has a Power BI Pro licence and has also been assigned the Power BI Service Administrator role. I also choose the Application Type as native according to documentation. Any ideas as to why I keep receiving this error?

Can confirm, we are having the same problem. Seems as if the backend is globally unreachable.
Apart from the Frontend Error "An unknown network error occured. Please try again.", inspection via DevTools shows the following:
A Status Code 500 for POST to https://dev.powerbi.com/apps/CreateAppRegistration , which seems to be the backend method to handle the formular payload.
