Power BI API: How to Access Embed Report Filter Values

I have UI application where i have embed my power bi report with below tables.

Like as example employees address and phone and other information.

In react application i have applied filters inside emabded report based on phone number  city etc.
i want to get all filters in my back end by calling power bi api ?

Is there any Api there which can give us all filters we applied inside emebeaded report in UI.

and when we call power bi api it gives all filter i applied inside my power bi emabded report  inside UI?

I'd like to suggest you check the javascript api to use 'set filter' functions to setting filter that applies to your report:

powerbi - How to set filters in reports power BI embedded javascript - Stack Overflow

In addition, you can also take a look a the url filter feature to apply filter on your report:

Filter a report using query string parameters in the URL - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
