Power Automate Flow - option to test flow automatically is greyed out

I have a simple Power Automate flow that I am trying to test by running it choosing the 'run Automatically' option, but the only option I have available is 'Manually'.  The Automatically option is greyed out.  I choose automatically, and I get a message saying it ran successfully, but don't see any indication it actually ran, and I don't see a run history for it at all.
