Posting import for bpip file

Hi Guys,

how to use rest API to post bpip file instead of bpix file? 

Fow now it is not possible from here:

You need to use the fabric APIs

• Create item
• Update item definition

Thanks, so it means that I can not use this api from power bi premium per user feature? I have to buy microsoft fabric?
