Position data bars from conditional formatting back to back in table

Dear BI community

I have created a table, and for 2 of those measures I am representing as data bars (back to back).   I think I have an issue though with the positioning of the bars as sometimes the bars with the same values often look like different lengths

In the example below, the bars within the red rectangle actually have the same value, but the blue bar looks longer and thought it may be a bar positioning issue

Can anyone help with how I could get the bars to represent the true value and consistantly, as sometimes the same valule on a different row looks bigger than another bar of the same value

Kind Regards

Helen
