Pivot matrix toggle between hierarchies

We have a pivot matrix with 5 rows allowing the users to drill up and down from the first to the last. Is there anyway we can change the order of the hierarchies(rows) using drag and drop in the matrix. Aslo, is there any custom visualization that does this?

yes, very simple. All you need to do is enable "Personalize Visuals"  and show your users how to do that.
