Pie Chart with colour dependant segments.

Hi i have been posting for a few day now on the desktop forums with little joy. 

I am looking for a solution that allow me to change the colour of a segment in a Pie CHart dependant on the value of the data. 

As an example i need to change one segment from green to whte if the value of the in the data set is less than 7.

Can any one assist ?
