Page Level Security through database URLs (Website URLs) in power bi

I have multilple Registered/Login Users having Data on their individual websites. If we extract that Data into our Database for Data Visualization in Power BI, can we restrict those Registered Users to analyse their on Data in the particular visual.

How can we apply Page Level or Row Level Security on the User Database for a specific user through User Data Website URLs?

"Page Level Security" is not a thing.  Use separate reports/audiences if needed.
