PBIVIZ - How to get information about the user.
Hi !
I wonder wheter it is possible to somehow get the user name that is currently logged in (from custom visual). Later on that data could be displayed e.g. as a text.

Power BI Custom Visuals API does not provide user's info due to security reasons.
However, you might use DAX to get user name and pass it as a data field: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/using-username-in-dax-with-row-level-security/
