PBI_BUG - Dates filter not work

Why this happens?

measure = 

CALCULATE([measure1], DATESINPERIOD('Calendar'[Date],LASTDATE('Calendar'[Date]),-4,QUARTER) )

    Read up on context transitions.  Your LASTDATE() function has no effect - move this out of the CALCULATE() function into a variable.
