Over 3000 users. How to ensure performance of reports?

Hi everyone!

My company plans to deploy the BI system for 3000 thousand users and about 1500 concurrent users using Power BI Service

Currently, we have about 5 reports. Reporting data is on Redshift (AWS). We plan to build a Web Portal and embed Power BI reports on this Portal. Users log in (Single-sign on based on IAM (AWS)) to view reports according to data decentralization configured on Portal

What I concerned is to ensure the performance of reports when there are 1500 users accessing at the same time. Standard performance is described as at the same time, they still interact with the report, filter normally their authorized data

Assuming the reports are all embeded with only 1 PBI Premium/Pro account, with a large number of users over 1000, will the reports work properly? If we have more accounts to embed reports, it would enhance the perfomance of reports?

If you have experience in deploying Power BI system with more than 1000 users, please share with me the solution. Thank you!
