Our API started returning all-cap versions of the reportIDs today.... Why?

df2cbb5c-1a99-4bd9-9cb0-27ff7a7c4177   Turned into:   DF2CBB5C-1A99-4BD9-9CB0-27FF7A7C4177   Which broke our app.  What happened?
