Options to view Power BI reports without Pro license

Hi All..

I am looking to embed the power Bi dashboard with the RLS feature. I require business users to view Power BI reports in any way to view free with Row-level security.

I have tried embedding in online PowerPoint and I was able to pass filters too in the link but there also faced the issue that users need to have a Power BI license, even a free license would work but it will last only for 14 days. 

My client is a medium business owner so they can't afford a pro license for all business users just to view reports. 

May you please guide me on this by sharing your ideas.

HI @romals29,

'Publish to web' feature is free to use but it does not include any security option so the RLS features for this.

You can consider upgrading to a premium license to get a premium capacity for shared content and the content assigned in this capacity can be viewed without a pro license.

@romals29 The only option is Publish to Web for free licensing. But, that doesn't support RLS. How many users need to view the report?
