Options to export a PowerBI Report with filters applied using API

Hello,

What are the options to export a PowerBI Report with filters applied to either a PDF or HTML (with images).

What I want to do is have a user go to a website enter a few paremeters and then get the results back either as a PDF or HTML file.

I am open to using PowerBI or a Tabular Report.  Either will work for this.
