On-Premise embedded for mobile

Hello, 

Is there a method to embedded On-Premise Server dashboards for mobile without using PowerBi service. we want to all of our work internally in our organization so using powerBI mobile app is not an option.

When I view the dashboard in a mobile it shows the Desktop view, although I have edited the mobile view for the same dashboard. 

Your insights would of great help to me and I really appreciate it
