Hi michael21,

I encountered the very same issue recently and was able to cope with it using a different approach as I mentioned in following thread

http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Discussions-Changes-to-the-free/Power-BI-Embedded-vs-Premium-Clarifi...

As you may be aware, with the announce of Power BI Premium, Microsoft has taken a decision to converge Power BI Embedded  [ which uses the Workspace Collections - Workspace model topology]  - with Power BI REST API and stongly suggest preparing for migration.  Now this may be a reason why you always ended up seing the Get started with Power BI Embedded header with paragraphs instead of having access to former Workspace Collections form.  I have to say this is a bit erronous information in the coming migration context as header should display Get started with Power BI REST API not Embedded... Anyway... In my case I was able to create one but using "back stage door" instead of "main Azure Portal lobby" - so to speak. So I basically used the very same Azure CLI 1.0 approach Jon Gallant describes in his blog

http://blog.jongallant.com/2017/01/create-powerbi-embedded-workspace-collection-with-azure-cli-1-0/

and was able to come up with something. From that stage, you should then be able to procede with Power BI Embedded approach...

Now for how long will we be able to use the Embedded approach, I couldn't exactly predict... but I would say for about a year or so...  Hope this helps...

Thanks MawashiKid,  i will try this one.

Cool glad it worked [ would appreciate a kudoe if it ain't too much to ask😉 ]

Good keep me informed how it worked in your case.
Note that this will mainly allows you to create a Workspace on Azure Portal. If you want to go deeper with embedding report, you can take a look at Jon blog as each step is clearly described.

http://blog.jongallant.com/2017/01/powerbi-embedded-javascript-api-range-slider-filter/

This should allow you to import the report, get the reportID, embedURL and accessToken.

ClientID and ClientSecret are mainly infos you get through registering an app process and deals more with Power BI REST API approach. 😉
