New to Power BI

You would only need one account to publish the reports into the Power BI Service.
Then you would need to buy a Power BI Embedded Capacity, after which you could then embed the chart into an application.

Thanks for the infomation. Another thing I would like to clarify is if we use our own server do we need to buy Power BI Embedded Capacity ?

- Yes you would as it has to run in the cloud in order to render the reports before it is embedded into your application.

Thanks all for your suggestions. Now I encounter an issue. Hope I get a help too.
1) I created the new azsure free acount to test the power bi embedded.
2) But When I create storage account , it prompts me to create azure free acount.
3) I followed the link and clicked start free again.
4) "We were unable to find your Azure tenant" Error message appeared.
What should I do?
- I think give it some time to create the Azure Tenant.
