New Developer Setting? (allow users to embed content into SaaS app)
From my Power BI service account -- if I select Admin Portal -- then Tenant Settings - then Developer Settings -- What does "Embed content in apps" represent?
The description states: "Enable: Users in the organization can embed Power BI dashboards and reports in SaaS applications."
How does this work? Is there an "Embed into a SaaS application" button...a user can select?

Not a single button, but a developping option which allows you integrate Power BI reports and dashboards into your own web application. See Integrate a dashboard into an app.
