Do you want to make one special row of the table visual in bold? If yes, I'm afraid that there is no feature in Power BI currently. Here is one workaround, you can use conditional formatting to set the customized background or font color for all involved fields in table visual. Conditional formatting can specify customized background or font color for the selected field base on field values. It CAN NOT use conditional formatting for whole row at one time.
