Need to develop Plan view dashboard using the data from Jira

Need to develop Plan view dashboard using the data from Jira And it should like the below, is it possible to develop the dashboard in the below format

I have tried but i am unable to use that visual, as this is the first time i am working in such visual.

I am unable to get the visual.

If you can try to built the sample visual and share me the PBIX file.

Please provide sample data that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot). Also do not include sensitive information and do not include anything that is unrelated to the issue or question.
