Need summarize rows for the Matrix or Table visuals

Hi Team,

I am having a table visual which is having nearly 42 columns and I will need few summarize rows for all those columns. My layouts will look as below.

All the fields should be responsive to the slicers as well. Is there any easier way to achive this else I need to create a lot of calculated measures.

Any help would be be greatly apreciable.
