Need help to custom donunt chart

Dear all,

I have below chart to indicate the percentage of increase/decrease.

I want the chart to show green when the percentage is negative and red if the percentage is positive. And the length of the color represent the absolute value of percentage. Eg. For -10% and 10%, the graph should look the same just the color is difference.
