Need guidance on storing Gravity Forms (WordPress) data in Microsoft Fabric for Power BI reporting

We are looking for guidance on integrating Gravity Forms data from our WordPress site into Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

Goal:

Automatically capture new Gravity Forms submissions

Store them in a Fabric-based data source (for example, Lakehouse or Data Warehouse)

Visualize the data in Power BI dashboards

We understand that real-time streaming datasets in Power BI are being retired and replaced with Fabric’s Real-Time Intelligence workloads, so we want to follow the supported approach.

Questions:

What is the best method to send Gravity Forms data into Fabric (via REST API, Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, or Eventstream)?

Are there any example pipelines, connectors, or tutorials that demonstrate this process?

How can we schedule refreshes or trigger real-time updates using Fabric?

Are there any licensing or workspace requirements (Pro vs Fabric capacity)?

Thank you for any guidance or documentation you can share.

Hi @dev-123
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.

You can use the event streams feature in Microsoft Fabric Real-Time Intelligence to bring real-time events into Fabric, transform them, and then route them to various destinations without writing any code. You create an event stream, add event data sources to the stream, optionally add transformations to transform the event data, and then route the data to supported destinations.
