Migrating from shared capacity to premium capacity

I have a few questions when migrating from shared capacity to premium capacity

1) Will user accesses change?

2) Will app access change?

3) Will app experience change?

Please advice and find the source to prove.

None of the above, the assets in the workspace will just be served by your premium capacity instead of the shared capacity
