Hi,

What is the maz size of PBIX file in Power BI?

What is the maz size of SSAS Cube?

How much of the max data set can be handled for one application (One data model) in Power BI?

If there any limitation of tables that can be loaded in PBI?

There is no real maximum size for a PBIX.  The initial size of a table that you publish from Power BI Desktop cannot exceed 10 GB (1GB for shared)  but with incremental refresh you can go beyond that to have any number of partitions up to 10GB each.

For Power BI pro account PBIX file size should not exceed 1 GB and for premium capacity it should not exceed 100 GB. Is this True.

Is this for import mode?

Just as @lbendlin said, there are different limit size for different license type. Please find the details in the following links. And it's important to note that these are not hard limits and the actual size may be smaller due to factors such as available memory and system resources.

As for the amount of data that can be loaded using SSAS cube, it depends on a number of factors such as the hardware configuration of the server and the complexity of the data model.
