Matrix visual expand and collapse issue

In Matrix, I am getting different numbers for the same measure when I am using the +/- button and the Drill Up/Down(upper right corner) option to expand and collapse the matrix row.

In measure, I have used ALLEXCEPT.

I want the same numbers with both options.

numbers using drill up/down option: 

numbers using +/- buttons:

Can you please help me to get rid of this unusual issue?
